Marketing Your Home

Unless its haunted by loquacious ghosts, your home can’t speak for itself. Hence it’s up to you and your realtor to identify and advertise your homes’ choicest selling points. Potential buyers must be enticed to come to your open house.

Once your house is clutter-free, clean, repaired, and properly staged, take lots of pictures. Post those pictures on as internet listings. 360-degree virtual tour pictures and videos of a home tour are also valuable, as buyers love them.

To create buzz before an open house, advertise in your local paper and online. Host a broker preview so agents can preview your home. Place “Open House” signs directing potential buyers to your home.
